I love living right next to the canyon.
I find myself driving up there alot
because it is just so dang beautiful.

Hah one Sunday night
Cameron and I
went for a drive up to the lake
and we talked for awhile
and when we decided to go home...
the car wouldn't start.

Probably one of the scariest things
that has happened on a Sunday evening for me.

Good thing we got the car started
because who knows what would've happened to us up there...

Amazing Night.
Amazing Concert.
Heather and I went and...
it was so good!(:

The drive was kinda long
but we got there safe and sound.

It's always amazing to me
to be standing in a crowd of people
and realize,
I listen to this music in my room.
I listened to this song in the car yesterday.
I listened to this song when I cleaned my room.
I listened to this song, and cried when I was having a bad day.
I listened to this song when I was with my boyfriend.
I listened to this song and danced to it.

Music is one of those things
that everyone can relate to in their own way.
It touches everyone,
and it can really effect your life.
I just love being able to see it live,
it's probably one of the best natural highs out there(:

All the bands were amazing
and Heather even got a Mayday Parade drumstick!
And at the end
David Archuleta came out and sang with We the Kings
which was just so sweet!

It was such a good night(:

And it ended with a long drive home through the city lights
and lots of water & frosties(:

Valentine's Day
The day that many people dread,
hah Single Awareness Day right?

Well my life's got enough love in it(:

Heather and I decided to make peanut butter cookies.
So we made them for those
special guys in our lives of course.

We found a recipe
and made them wonderfully.
They were delicious!

Heather made her's for Ty,
and I made a J for Josh
and an E for Eric.

It took a lot of blood, sweat, and tears
but they turned out pretty dang good(:

So Happy Valentines Day.
I hope that everyone has a great day
that involves the loved ones in your lives,
and all the people that couldn't live without you.

McKay Choy Burrows

Our sweet McKay, born on December 3, 1989, departed earth life on January 29, 2010 while serving a mission in Romania for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

He is survived by his parents, Dana & Shirley, siblings Naivasha and Ashton, all of Highland, Utah, also his grandparents, George and Connie Burrows of New Harmony, Utah, Grandma Choy of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in the United States, Australia and Malaysia.

We cherish our time together as a family. We are grateful for McKay's wonderful example and dedication as he continues to serve our Heavenly Father. McKay will live within our hearts until we meet again.

I really struggle in February.
It's just that month....
in the middle of winter
where you do NOTHING.

I hate not being able to go outside
because the sun is gone,
and the snow...ughh it's just so stupid.

But it makes me think about
last year this time...
hahaha

Stranger - Secondhand Serenade

That's my mouth.
So you probably don't know this about me...
but I have acid reflux disease.
Yeah...it's great.
Pretty much the muscle at the top of my stomach
doesn't work right.
And...yeah it causes problems.
So long story short
I've had alot of dental work which dominates.
Obviously.
I bet you love the dentist too(:

So today I got to get my wisdom teeth out.
Only the bottom two,
which is a blessing from the above mentioned ARD.
I know almost everyone is lucky enough
to have the chance to go through this ordeal,
and I bet they've had lots of fun getting it done.

I couldn't eat after midnight the night before
so at work I ate like 10 pounds of food,
and got home and ate some more.
School was...boring.
Then I went to get them out which was interesting.
I've never had laughing gas so...that was quite the expierence.
It went pretty well
and I gotta say I love lortab and all the other drugs I'm on.

I Wanna - All American Rejects

Today was great(:

First of all,
I went to the most beautiful place
with one of my best friends.
The Draper was closed so we went to the Oquirrh Mountian
because Cameron hasn't been there.

You know our lives are so crazy...
I look at the school,
the friends,
the drama,
and family.
It's alot of work to be a teenager.
Hah.

But it's nice to just go to a place
and have no pressure.

It was a gorgeous day
and I could see the grass.
It wasn't quite green...
but it was there.
I can't wait for summer!

I miss just being able to sit outside.
And it made me think of all the times
me, Cameron, & Heather played last summer.
And I really miss it.

Needless to say
I showed up to work an hour and a half late...
but my bosses were understanding(:
